Healthy Boundaries for Holiday Sanity Workshop 1 is all about dealing with people and situations we don't like and cannot change. We will be utilizing a page from my workbook entitled "We cannot change other people or certain circumstances, but we can change how we interact with them." Registration fee covers one hour of guided discussion and journaling by Licensed Professional Counselor Jennie Vila. Attendees will receive a reminder email with zoom link 48 hours before workshop begins.
